About Frankie Owls – Blues & Soul from Stuttgart

From the crackle of a yellow Big Bird record player to late-night blues rooms across Germany, Frankie Owls has been chasing one truth: every note counts. Blending deep blues tradition with modern soul fire, Frankie draws from Delta grit, Piedmont rhythm, Chicago drive, Texas heat, and gospel-rooted hope — shaping them into one unmistakable sound. This isn’t nostalgia. It’s living blues.

Now based in Stuttgart, he has become known as an American blues guitarist in Germany, delivering a raw, emotional style that keeps traditional blues alive in a modern setting. No gloss, no gimmicks—just honest sound carved into string and wood.

At the heart of Frankie’s music is his faith in Jesus Christ. Many of his songs are rooted in the Gospel — stories of struggle, repentance, redemption, and grace. The blues has always told the truth about the human soul, and for Frankie that truth ultimately points to one place: Jesus Christ as Lord, King, and Savior. Every lyric, every note, and every performance is meant to give glory to Him.

Rooted in faith and guided by gratitude, his music carries more than rhythm — it carries testimony. Songs of doubt, suffering, mercy, and hope move through his voice and guitar. Every performance becomes a conversation between musician and listener. It’s not just a show—it’s alive, immediate, and personal.

In addition to his solo performances, Frankie has also worked as a session guitar player for artist Aurélie, contributing his blues-rooted tone and feel to studio recordings and live settings — bringing depth, restraint, and authenticity to every project he joins.

Frankie has played 150+ blues nights across Stuttgart, Böblingen, and southern Germany—small clubs, cafés, acoustic sessions, open mics, and street performances. These close-up shows shaped his sound: one voice, one guitar, carrying the full spirit of the blues into European nights.

2026 marks a new chapter. Frankie’s first solo album is currently in the making — a raw and honest blues record rooted in faith, tradition, and lived experience. At the same time, the full Frankie Owls Band is forming, with a separate full-length band album in development. The roots are growing — and the sound is expanding.
